4. Ordering & Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by NovumLab. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

6. Returns, Refunds & Damages

6.1 Return Policy

Due to the nature of research peptides and cold chain requirements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product was damaged during shipping (photographic evidence required within 48 hours)
  • Wrong product was shipped (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Product packaging remains sealed and unopened
  • Return request made within 14 days of delivery

6.2 Refund Process

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7-14 business days after receiving returned product
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
