❓ Common Tracking Questions
📌 My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?
Tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to activate in carrier systems after shipment. If your number still doesn't work after 2 business days, contact us at info@novumlab.eu with your order number.
📌 My order shows "In Transit" but hasn't moved in 5 days. Is this normal?
International shipments may show minimal tracking updates during customs processing. If there's no update for 7+ business days, contact the carrier directly or email us for investigation.
📌 The carrier attempted delivery but I wasn't home. What now?
You should receive a delivery notice card. Your package will be held at the local depot/post office for 7-14 days. Collect it using your tracking number and ID. If you don't collect within this period, the package returns to us and reshipment fees apply.
📌 My order is stuck at customs. What should I do?
Contact your local customs office directly using the tracking number. They may require additional documentation or payment of import duties. We can provide Certificates of Analysis and commercial invoices upon request. Email info@novumlab.eu for assistance.
📌 Can I change my delivery address after shipping?
Once shipped, address changes must be made directly with the carrier. Contact them using your tracking number. Some carriers allow address redirection for a fee. We cannot change addresses after packages leave our facility.
